If you are experiencing a medical emergency, including but not limited to, thoughts of hurting yourself or someone else, please visit the nearest emergency room or call 911. Tranquil Waves Counseling, LLC is an outpatient, office setting that is not suitable for emergency situations and is not liable for any harm that may be caused during an emergency.
 

MISCELLANEOUS

You are not considered under the care of Tranquil Waves Counseling, LLC or Jodie Fenske, LCPC until you have completed your initial appointment with Jodie. She will not be responsible for providing letters or completing other documentation until you are clinically her patient and under her care; at which time, completing documentation requested by the patient is per her discretion.
